Kaliber Data Security and Compliance's mission is to provide the highest quality products and services to businesses and non-profit organizations to help them protect and safeguard their digital assets from theft, impairment or loss through enhanced employee education and awareness.

Kaliber was born out of our extensive experience working with end users of data and the knowledge that even the most secure IT systems can be thwarted by uneducated staff members who are unaware of the value of the assets they control and the ease with which they can be compromised. Further, with an increasing emphasis on regulatory compliance Kaliber saw a need to offer a platform to simplify the creation of information security policies, to make those policies easily accessible to employees, and to assure that they be comprehended and followed.

Management

Founder & President

Ken has been a leader in the information and on-line training fields since the mid-1980’s.

From 1986 to 2008 Ken led organizations which provided information systems and consulting to major professional services firms focused on improving clerical processes and helping employees use information more effectively.

Building on his industry experience, Ken founded Kaliber in 2009 with the goal of educating and training employees in the proper use and protection of Personally Identifiable Information through the use of online tools and programs.

Ken holds Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. He graduated from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Harvard University with an MBA.
